• No Heat Wave Expected: IMD predicts no strong heat wave over India for the next 4-5 days.
• Rain & Thunderstorms: Expected in northwest, east, and central India, marking the beginning of pre-monsoon rains.
• Western Disturbance & Cyclonic Circulation:
  • A trough has moved from East Pakistan to Gujarat & Rajasthan.
  • Upper air cyclonic circulation over southwest Rajasthan.
  • Impact: Light to moderate rainfall, thunderstorms, and dust storms in Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh.
• Temperature Relief: Rain will lower temperatures and help late-sown Rabi crops.
