USDA released Export Sales data this morning for the week ending October 31, showing 505,415 MT of wheat sold. This was mid-range of expectations (250,000–650,000 MT) and marked a 3-week high for bookings.
Statistics Canada updated its wheat production estimate to 39.96 MMT — an increase of 3.3 MMT from September and above market expectations of 38.49 MMT. Spring wheat production was estimated at 29.26 MMT, up 10.3% from last year.
