चीनी कोटा व उसका बाजारों पर असर

★ अगस्त महीने के लिए 22 लाख टन चीनी कोटा जारी किया गया जो जुलाई में 24 लाख टन था।

★ जुलाई का 2 लाख टन कोटा भी मिलें नहीं बेच पायी, कारण डिमांड कम रहना।

★ सरकार ने मिलों को कहा कि वे जुलाई महीने के बचे 2 लाख टन के कोटा की बिक्री करें।

★ जिन मिलों ने कोटा के अनुसार बिक्री नहीं की उनके खिलाफ की जाएगी कार्यवाही।

★ यह भी कहा गया कि अगर भविष्य में निर्यात खोला गया तो नियमों का पालन न करने वाली मिलों को कोटा नहीं दिया जाएगा।

★ यह टिप्पणी आने के बाद बाजारों में खबर फ़ैल रही है कि अक्टूबर के आसपास फसलों का आंकलन कर सरकार निर्यात करने का सोच सकती है।

Sugar quota and its impact on markets

★ 22 lakh tonne sugar quota was issued for the month of August which was 24 lakh tonne in July.

★ Mills could not sell even 2 lakh tonne quota of July due to low demand.

★ Government asked mills to sell the remaining 2 lakh tonne quota of July.

★ Action will be taken against those mills which did not sell as per quota.

★ It was also said that if export is opened in future then mills not following the rules will not be given quota.

★ After this comment, news is spreading in the markets that the government may think of exporting after assessing the crops around October.
