USDA reported some private export sales of corn this morning, including 150,000 metric tons to Colombia and 195,000 metric tons to unknown destinations.
Due to the Monday holiday, the weekly EIA data will be released on Thursday morning. Most market participants believe that after reaching a new all-time record last week, ethanol production may see some pullback.
A Taiwan importer purchased a total of 65,000 metric tons of U.S. corn in an overnight tender.
