Export Sales data for the week ending November 27 was updated, showing corn sales of 1.792 million metric tons. This was near the upper end of trade estimates ranging from 1.0 to 2.0 million metric tons. While this marked a three-week low, sales were still 3.5% higher than the same week last year.
Total corn export sale commitments stood at 44.35 million metric tons, or 1.746 billion bushels, which is 29.7% higher than the same period last year. This represents a record buying pace for corn exports.
