USDA reported a private export sale of 192,350 metric tons of soybeans to unknown destinations.
Export Sales data will be released Friday morning. For the week ending January 15, soybean export sales are expected to be between 1.5 and 3.0 million metric tons. Daily announcements last week totaled 1.403 million metric tons. In the same week, soybean meal sales are estimated between 200,000 and 500,000 metric tons, while soybean oil sales are seen between 5,000 and 25,000 metric tons.
According to ABIOVE, Brazil’s soybean crush estimate has been raised to 61.0 million metric tons, up 2.5 million metric tons from last year. The group estimates Brazil’s soybean crop at 177.1 million metric tons. In addition, Brazilian soybean exports for 2026 are projected at 111.5 million metric tons, up 3.3 million metric tons from last year.
