कपास्या तेल के भाव बढ़ने की उम्मीद
★ चालू खरीफ सीजन में कपास बिजाई में देखी गई गिरावट।
★ उत्तर भारत के कुछ स्थानों में गुलाबी इल्ली और सफ़ेद मक्खी देखी गई।
★ सबसे बड़े उत्पादक राज्य गुजरात में घटी बिजाई।
★ चालू खरीफ सीजन में कपास उत्पादन में आ सकती है कमी, हालाँकि कुछ क्षेत्रों में अच्छी बारिश से फसल स्थिति अच्छी।
★ उत्पादन घटने से कपास, बिनौला, कपास्या तेल के उत्पादन में आ सकती है कमी।
★ सस्ता तेल होने के कारण कई नमकीन, चिप्स बनाने वाली कंपनियां करती हैं तेल का इस्तेमाल।
★ उपलब्धता कम रही तो कीमतों में आ सकती है तेजी, अगर दाम बढ़े तो अन्य तेल जैसे कि राइस ब्रान तेल की डिमांड निकलने की उम्मीद।

★ Decrease in cotton sowing seen in the current Kharif season.
★ Pink caterpillar and white fly seen in some places in North India.
★ Sowing reduced in the largest producer state Gujarat.
★ Cotton production may fall in the current Kharif season, although crop condition is good in some areas due to good rains.
★ Due to decrease in production, production of cotton, cottonseed, cottonseed oil may fall.
★ Due to being a cheap oil, many companies making namkeen, chips use this oil.
★ If availability is low, prices may rise, if prices rise, demand for other oils such as rice bran oil is expected to rise.
