KLCE CPO Weekly Report
Yesterday, the May contract closed at 3909/ton, gaining 5 ringgit.
The June contract settled at 3930/ton, up by 7 ringgit, while the July contract rose by 14 ringgit to close at 3917/ton.
On June 4, all contracts witnessed a decline, but a recovery was seen on June 5 and 6.
The July futures recorded a total gain of 32 ringgit over the last two days.
On Monday, the May contract opened at 3888 and ended the week at 3909.
Similarly, the June contract opened at 3941 and closed at 3930, while the July contract rose from 3926 to 3917.
This week, an overall uptrend was observed across all monthly contracts, mainly driven by India's decision to reduce import duties on palm oil.
