मलेशिया ने बढ़ाया पाम तेल निर्यात शुल्क 
★ वर्ष 2021 से अक्टूबर 2024 तक के लम्बे समय तक मलेशिया ने पाम निर्यात शुल्क 8% रखा था, जिसे बढ़ा कर अब नवंबर 2024 माह के लिए 10% किया गया। 
★ साथ ही क्रूड पाम तेल निर्यात के संदर्भ मूल्य भाव RM 3,949.73 प्रति टन के आधार को 9.5% तक बढ़ाया। 
★ इस कदम से आयात लागत बढ़ेगी।
★ पाम के साथ- साथ सोयातेल और सन आयल की अंतर्राष्ट्रीय कीमतों में भी देखी जाने लगी बढ़त। 
★ अर्जेंटीना और ब्राज़ील में मौसम की मार से बिजाई पर पड़ने लगा असर। 
★ यूक्रेन में सूरजमुखी का उत्पादन कमज़ोर, रूस और अर्जेंटीना भी बढ़ा रहे हैं भाव। 
★ उपरोक्त कारणों से भविष्य में खाद्य तेलों की कीमतों को मिल सकता है समर्थन।

Malaysia increased palm oil export duty
★ Malaysia had kept palm export duty at 8% for a long time from the year 2021 to October 2024, which has now been increased to 10% for the month of November 2024.
★ Also, the reference price of crude palm oil export was increased by 9.5% on the basis of RM 3,949.73 per tonne.
★ This move will increase the import cost.
★ Along with palm, international prices of soyoil and hemp oil are also seeing an increase.
★ Sowing started getting affected due to weather in Argentina and Brazil.
★ Sunflower production is weak in Ukraine, Russia and Argentina are also increasing the prices.
★ Due to the above reasons, the prices of edible oils may get support in the future.
