★ नेशनल फेडरेशन ऑफ़ कोपरेटिव शुगर फैक्ट्रीज (NFCSF) ने सरकार से हाइब्रिड और फ्लेक्स वाहनों पर GST 28% से घटाकर 5% करने की मांग की ताकि इन वाहनों की बिक्री बढ़े और देश में एथनोल का उत्पादन बढ़े।
★ 2023-24 में 15% एथनोल ब्लेंडिंग लक्ष्य रखा गया जो 2025-26 तक बढ़ाकर 20% किया जा सकता है। 31 मई को एथनोल ब्लेंडिंग 12.5% रही।
★ कोपरेटिव मिलों का कहना है कि अगर GST घटाई जाती है तो एथनोल की डिमांड निकलेगी व मिलों की आमदनी बढ़ेगी जिससे गन्ना भुगतान समय पर होगा।

★ The National Federation of Cooperative Sugar Factories (NFCSF) has demanded the government to reduce GST on hybrid and flex vehicles from 28% to 5% so that the sale of these vehicles increases and the production of ethanol in the country increases.
★ A target of 15% ethanol blending was set in 2023-24, which can be increased to 20% by 2025-26. On May 31, ethanol blending was 12.5%.
★ Cooperative mills say that if GST is reduced, the demand for ethanol will come out and the income of the mills will increase, due to which sugarcane payment will be made on time.
