★ थाईलैंड व फिलिपीन्स के बीच चावल आयात के लिए 2.8 बिलियन थाई बाथ (थाईलैंड की मुद्रा) MoU साइन किया गया जिसके तहत थाईलैंड फिलिपीन्स को 1.3 लाख टन चावल का करेगा निर्यात।

★ थाईलैंड में इस वर्ष चावल का आयात 41 लाख टन पहुंच सकता है। गत वर्ष से 2 लाख टन अधिक।

★ घटते उत्पादन के कारण आयात बढ़ने की उम्मीद।

★ A MoU worth 2.8 billion Thai Bath (Thailand currency) was signed between Thailand and Philippines for rice import under which Thailand will export 1.3 lakh tons of rice to Philippines.

★ Rice imports in Thailand may reach 41 lakh tons this year. 2 lakh tons more than last year.

★ Imports are expected to increase due to decreasing production.
