★ सरकार ने एफसीआई को हरियाणा में OMSS स्कीम के तहत बाजरा बेचने की दी अनुमति।
★ यह बाजरा 2500 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल के रिजर्व भाव पर बेचा जाएगा जिसमें किराया-भाड़ा शामिल नहीं।
★ अभी हाल ही में सरकार ने बाजरा की MSP को बढ़ाकर 2625 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल किया था जो पहले 2500 रुपए थी यानी गत सीजन में 2500 रुपए पर ख़रीदा गया बाजरा की बिक्री भी 2500 रुपए पर की जाएगी।
★ हरियाणा की सिवानी मंडी में बाजरा के भाव 2350 रुपए के आसपास जबकि उत्तर प्रदेश में 2125-2225, कर्नाटक में 2150-2650, राजस्थान में 2500-2550, गुजरात में 2200-2500 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल चल रहे हैं।
★ एफसीआई के साथ साथ हैफेड ने भी बाजरा बिक्री टेंडर निकाले।
★ हैफेड ने 17 जुलाई के लिए 171.04 टन बाजरा बिक्री टेंडर जारी किये।
★ हैफेड ने 2023-24 सीजन में 3.56 लाख टन बाजरा की खरीद की।
★ एफसीआई के पास 6.31 लाख टन मोटे अनाज का स्टॉक उपलब्ध जिसमें बाजरा भी शामिल है।
★ सरकारी बिक्री शुरू होने से बाजरा की कीमतों में अधिक गिरावट की उम्मीद कम क्योकि पहले से ही मंडियों में भाव रिजर्व भाव के आसपास चल रहे हैं।
★ कुछ समय की गिरावट के बाद बाजारों में फिर तेजी का बन सकता है माहौल।

★ The government has allowed FCI to sell millet in Haryana under the OMSS scheme.
★ This millet will be sold at a reserve price of Rs 2500 per quintal, which does not include freight.
★ Recently, the government had increased the MSP of millet to Rs 2625 per quintal, which was earlier Rs 2500, that is, the millet bought at Rs 2500 in the last season will also be sold at Rs 2500.
★ The price of millet in Siwani Mandi of Haryana is around Rs 2350, while in Uttar Pradesh it is 2125-2225, in Karnataka 2150-2650, in Rajasthan 2500-2550, in Gujarat 2200-2500 rupees per quintal.
★ Along with FCI, Hafed also issued millet sale tenders.
★ Hafed issued 171.04 tonnes of millet sale tenders for July 17.
★ HAFED procured 3.56 lakh tonnes of millet in the 2023-24 season.
★ FCI has a stock of 6.31 lakh tonnes of coarse grains which includes millet.
★ There is little hope of a major fall in the prices of millets after the start of government sales because the prices in the markets are already running around the reserve price.
★ After a period of decline, the environment in the markets may again become bullish.
