★ गैर बासमती चावल निर्यात मामले में DGFT को मिली राहत।

★ आंध्र प्रदेश हाई कोर्ट में DGFT के खिलाफ केस दर्ज किया गया कि गैर बासमती चावल निर्यात रोके जाने के बाद कई निर्यातकों, चावल उद्योग को नुकसान हुआ था।

★ कल हाई कोर्ट ने कहा कि ऐसे कोई तथ्य सामने नहीं आये कि निर्यात रोके जाने के बाद नुकसान हुआ हो और कोर्ट ने DGFT के हित में फैसला दिया।

★ A case was filed against DGFT in Andhra Pradesh High Court that many exporters and rice industry had suffered losses after the non-Basmati rice export was stopped.

★ Yesterday the High Court said that no such facts came to light that there was loss after stopping the export and the court gave the decision in favor of DGFT.
