पंजाब से ख़रीदा जाएगा धान का एक-एक दाना: खाद्य मंत्री राज जोशी
★ पंजाब में धान की सरकारी खरीद पिछड़ता देख मीडिया को जवाब देते हुए खाद्य मंत्री ने कहा कि सरकार पंजाब से धान का एक-एक दाना खरीदेगी।
★ अभी हाल ही में लुधियाना में कई वेरायटी में OTR (OUT TON RATION) खासकर PR वेरायटी में कम आने की रिपोर्ट दी थी।
★ नियमों के अनुसार अगर मिलर्स 100 टन धान लेता है तो उसे 67 टन सरकार को देना होगा, यही OTR होती है। कुछ वेरायटी में OTR 62-63% आई।
★ केंद्र ने इस वर्ष पंजाब से 124 लाख टन चावल खरीद लक्ष्य रखा। 2023-24 में पंजाब से 124.14 लाख टन धान खरीद की गयी।
★ 23 अक्टूबर तक मात्र 20.6 लाख टन खरीद हो पायी, जो गत वर्ष समानअवधि के दौरान 32 लाख टन थी।

★ Seeing the government procurement of paddy lagging behind in Punjab, the Food Minister, while responding to the media, said that the government will buy every grain of paddy from Punjab.
★ Recently, in Ludhiana, there was a report of low OTR (OUT TON RATION) in many varieties, especially in PR variety.
★ According to the rules, if the millers take 100 tonnes of paddy, then they will have to give 67 tonnes to the government, this is OTR. In some varieties, OTR came to 62-63%.
★ The Center has set a target of purchasing 124 lakh tonnes of rice from Punjab this year. In 2023-24, 124.14 lakh tonnes of paddy was purchased from Punjab.
★ Till October 23, only 20.6 lakh tonnes could be purchased, which was 32 lakh tonnes during the same period last year.
