Prices of soybean, palm, and sunflower oil gradually increasing
Kandla Port
★ In the past two weeks, edible oil prices at Kandla — one of the country’s key oil trading hubs — have shown a steady rise.
RBD palmolein
★ The price increased from ₹1135/10 kg on July 1 to ₹1170/10 kg on July 16, registering a ₹35 rise.
Soy degum
★ Started at ₹1133 on July 1 and reached ₹1161 on July 16 — a gain of ₹28.
Soy refined
★ Climbed from ₹1160/10 kg on July 1 to ₹1190/10 kg on July 16 — up by ₹30.
CPO highsea
★ Strengthened from ₹1070 to ₹1103 during the same period — an increase of ₹33.
Sunflower oil refined
★ Relatively stable — remained at ₹1390 from July 1 to 11, and then dropped slightly to ₹1385 on July 16, indicating a minor decline of ₹5.
