दालों की अच्छी बिजाई और मौसम से जनवरी तक खुदरा कीमतों पर रहेगा नियंत्रण: उपभोक्ता मामलों के सचिव
★ सचिव के अनुसार जनवरी तक तुवर दाल की कीमत मौजूदा रूपये 167 प्रति किलोग्राम से 28% घटकर रूपये 120 प्रति किलोग्राम रह सकती हैं।
★ उड़द और मूंग दाल की कीमतों में भी गिरावट आने की भी है उम्मीद।
★ 29 जुलाई को उड़द दाल का औसत खुदरा मूल्य रूपये 126 प्रति किलोग्राम और मूंग दाल की रूपये 117 प्रति किलोग्राम थी।
★ नई फसल दिसंबर में आनी शुरू होगी और खुदरा कीमतों में जनवरी में इसका असर दिखने की उम्मीद है।
★ अल नीनो प्रभाव अब खत्म और ला नीना में प्रवेश कर चुके हैं। इसके परिणामस्वरूप, दालों की पैदावार बहुत अच्छी होने की उम्मीद है और कर्नाटक, महाराष्ट्र, मध्य प्रदेश, उत्तर प्रदेश, राजस्थान और झारखंड जैसे राज्यों से बुवाई के आंकड़े इस सकारात्मक रुझान को दर्शाते हैं।
★ दालों का कुल स्टॉक फिलहाल 19.74 लाख टन है। इसमें से 10.21 लाख टन की खरीद मूल्य स्थिरीकरण कोष (पीएसएफ) और शेष 9.53 लाख टन की खरीद मूल्य समर्थन योजना (पीएसएस) के तहत की गई।
★ अरहर दाल की कीमत जून के मध्य में रूपये 12,200 प्रति क्विंटल से 4% घटकर रूपये 11,700 प्रति क्विंटल, उड़द दाल की कीमत रूपये 9,200 प्रति क्विंटल से घटकर रूपये 9,025 प्रति क्विंटल, मूंग दाल की रूपये 8,400 से घटकर रूपये 8,200 प्रति क्विंटल, चना दाल की कीमत रूपये 7,200 से घटकर रूपये 7,050 प्रति क्विंटल और मसूर दाल की कीमतें स्थिर रहीं।
★ यह गिरावट खुदरा कीमतों में दिखने लगी।
★ तुवर बुवाई रकबा पिछले साल की इसी अवधि के 28.73 लाख हेक्टेयर से 34% बढ़कर 38.53 लाख हेक्टेयर पहुंचा।
★ इस वित्तीय वर्ष में लगभग 45 लाख टन लाख टन उत्पादन होने की उम्मीद। पिछले साल के 33 लाख टन के अनुमान से अधिक।

Good sowing of pulses and weather will keep retail prices under control till January: Consumer Affairs Secretary
★ According to the secretary, the price of tuvar dal may fall by 28% from the current Rs 167 per kg to Rs 120 per kg by January.
★ Prices of urad and moong dal are also expected to fall.
★ On July 29, the average retail price of urad dal was Rs 126 per kg and moong dal was Rs 117 per kg.
★ The new crop will start arriving in December and its effect is expected to be seen in retail prices in January.
★ El Nino effects have now ended and La Nina has entered. As a result, the yield of pulses is expected to be very good and sowing data from states like Karnataka, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Jharkhand reflect this positive trend.
★ The total stock of pulses currently stands at 19.74 lakh tonnes. Out of this, 10.21 lakh tonnes were procured under Price Stabilization Fund (PSF) and the remaining 9.53 lakh tonnes were procured under Price Support Scheme (PSS).
★ The price of tur dal fell by 4% from Rs. 12,200 per quintal in mid-June to Rs. 11,700 per quintal, price of urad dal fell from Rs. 9,200 per quintal to Rs. 9,025 per quintal, price of moong dal fell from Rs. 8,400 to Rs. 8,200 per quintal, price of chana dal fell from Rs. 7,200 to Rs. 7,050 per quintal and prices of masoor dal remained stable.
★ This fall started showing in retail prices.
★ Tuvar sowing area increased by 34% to 38.53 lakh hectares from 28.73 lakh hectares in the same period last year.
★ Around 45 lakh tonnes of millet is expected to be produced this financial year. More than last year's estimate of 33 lakh tonnes.
