विकसित भारत के लिए बजट में की गयी घोषणाएं
★ उत्पादन बढ़ाने के लिए एग्रीकल्चर रिसर्च पर किया जाएगा फोकस।
★ नेशनल कोपरेटिव पालिसी में भी सुधार किया जाएगा।
★ सब्जियों का उत्पादन बढ़ाने व सप्लाई चैन दुरुस्त करने के लिए FPO कोपरेटिव स्टार्टअप सप्लाई चैन को सुधारने के लिए खरीद, स्टोरेज व मार्केटिंग करेंगी।
★ सभी जरुरी तिलहन की आत्मनिर्भरता बढ़ाने के लिए सरकार वचनबद्ध।
★ 109 हाई यील्ड वेरायटी व 32 क्लाइमेट रेजिस्टेंस वेरायटी बीज किसानों के लिए होंगे उपलब्ध।
★ 10,000 बायो इनपुट रिसर्च सेंटर बनाये जायेंगे।
★ कृषि के लिए 1.52 लाख करोड़ के पैकेज की घोषणा।

बजट 2024-25 घोषणा व उसका बाजारों पर असर
तिलहन
★ देश की विभिन्न संस्थाओं ने सरकार से रिफाइंड व क्रूड तेल के आयात शुल्क के अंतर को बढ़ाने के लिए कहा था।
★ साथ ही ऑइल मील के निर्यात प्रोत्साहन के लिए इंसेंटिव व GST में भुगतान की घोषणा भी किये जाने की उम्मीद थी तथा भावान्तर योजना का भी कोई जिक्र नहीं किया गया।
★ उम्मीद के विपरीत आयात एवं निर्यात नियमों में बदलाव नहीं हो पाया यानी खाद्य तेलों का आयात पहले के तरह ही होता रहेगा।
★ विदेशों से रिफाइंड का बड़ी मात्रा में हो रहा है आयात जिससे घरेलू क्रशिंग उद्योग प्रभावित।
★ क्रशिंग डिमांड न निकल पाने से सरसों, सोया, मूंगफली की डिमांड नहीं निकल पायी और इन सभी तिलहनों की कीमतें MSP से नीचे है।

★ To increase the production of vegetables and improve the supply chain, FPO cooperative startups will do procurement, storage and marketing to improve the supply chain.
★ Government is committed to increase self-sufficiency of all essential oilseeds.
★ 109 high yield varieties and 32 climate resistance variety seeds will be available for farmers.
★ 10,000 bio input research centers will be built.
★ Announcement of a package of Rs 1.52 lakh crore for agriculture.

Budget 2024-25 announcement and its impact on the markets
Oilseeds
★ Various organizations of the country had asked the government to increase the difference in import duty on refined and crude oil.
★ Along with this, there was an expectation of announcement of incentives and payment in GST to promote the export of oil mills and there was no mention of Bhavantar Yojana.
★ Contrary to expectations, there was no change in the import and export rules, that is, the import of edible oils will continue as before.
★ Large quantities of refined oil are being imported from abroad, which has affected the domestic crushing industry.
★ Due to the lack of crushing demand, the demand for mustard, soya, groundnut could not be met and the prices of all these oilseeds are below MSP.
