अंतर्राष्ट्रीय तेल तिलहन बाजार 
★ अंतर्राष्ट्रीय तेल तिलहन बाजार में गिरावट का सिलसिला जारी।
★ लगातार तीसरे दिन मलेशिया पाम तेल वायदा (KLCE) में देखी गयी गिरावट।
★ सीबोट तेल तिलहन बाजार भी टूटे।
★ अमरीका में सोया बिजाई 870 लाख एकड़ पहुँचने की उम्मीद।
★ अमरीका में 67% सोया की फसल स्थिति अच्छी।

घरेलू तेल तिलहन बाजार
★ खाद्य तेल के बढ़ते आयात व अंतर्राष्ट्रीय बाजार में आई गिरावट का सीधा असर सोया के अलावा अन्य तिलहन जैसे सरसों, मूंगफली बाजारों पर पड़ रहा है। मई में सूरजमुखी का आयात बढ़ा।
★ सीजन भर कीमतें कमजोर होने के कारण जिन राज्यों में दलहन व सोया की खेती होती है में दलहनों (तुवर, मूंग, उड़द) को दी जायगी प्राथमिकता।
★ महाराष्ट्र, कर्नाटक, मध्य प्रदेश में सोया बिजाई घटने की सम्भावना।
★ अभी मानसून मध्य प्रदेश के आधे हिस्सों में पहुंचा। बिजाई की शुरुआत होने लगी।
★ देखना होगा कि इस वर्ष बिजाई कितनी होगी तथा सरकार खाद्य तेलों के आयात शुल्क में बदलाव करती है या नहीं।
★ आरबीआई के गवर्नर ने कल कहा कि बढती महंगाई एक चिंता का विषय है। जिसे गंभीरता से लिया जाएगा।
★ इस स्टेटमेंट के बाद लगता है कि शायद ही खाद्य तेलों के आयात शुल्क में बढ़ोत्तरी की जाए।

International Oilseeds Market
★ The trend of decline continues in the international oilseeds market.
★ Malaysia palm oil futures (KLCE) saw a decline for the third consecutive day.
★ CBOT oilseeds market also fell.
★ Soyabean sowing in America is expected to reach 870 lakh acres.
★ 67% of the soyabean crop in America is in good condition.

Domestic Oilseeds Market
★ The increasing import of edible oil and the decline in the international market is directly affecting the markets of oilseeds other than soyabean such as mustard and groundnut. Sunflower imports increased in May.
★ Due to weak prices throughout the season, pulses (tuvar, moong, urad) will be given priority in the states where pulses and soyabean are cultivated.
★ Possibility of reduction in soyabean sowing in Maharashtra, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh.
★ Monsoon has just reached half of Madhya Pradesh. Sowing has started.
★ It remains to be seen how much sowing will be done this year and whether the government changes the import duty on edible oils or not.
★ The RBI governor said yesterday that rising inflation is a matter of concern. Which will be taken seriously.
★ After this statement, it seems that the import duty on edible oils will hardly be increased.
