बजट वित्त वर्ष 2024-25 की घोषणाएं
बजट घोषणा में वित्त मंत्री ने कहा कि
★ दुनिया की बड़ी अर्थव्यवस्थाएं चुनौती के दौरान से गुजर रही हैं।
★ भारत की अर्थव्यवस्था दुनिया की मुकाबले अच्छी हालत में।
★ PMGKAY को अगले 5 वर्ष के लिए बढाया गया जिससे 80 करोड़ लोगों को लाभ होगा।
★ भारत में महंगाई दर कम 4% लक्ष्य की ओर।
★ खेती में उत्पादकता बढ़ाने के लिए उपाय करेंगे।
★ खेती में उत्पादन बढ़ाने के लिए रिसर्च पर जोर।
★ मौसम की मार से कम प्रभावित होने वाली व ज्यादा पैदावार वाली फसलों की वेरायटी लायी जाएगी।
★ 32 फसलों की 109 वेरायटी लायी जाएगी।
★ सरकार का फोकस गरीबों, महिलाओं, यवाओं और किसानों पर।
★ सरकार का फोकस रोजगार के मौके पैदा करना। रोजगार के लिए 2 लाख करोड़ के पैकेज की घोषणा।
★ इन्फ्रा और मेन्युफेक्चरिंग बजट ख़ास फोकस।
★ मिशन फॉर पल्सेस एंड ऑइलसीड्स के लिए उत्पादन, स्टोरेज क्षमता और मार्केटिंग बढ़ाएंगे।
★ दालों व तिलहन के मिशन मोड़ पर काम जारी।
★ एग्री रिसर्च के लिए सरकार रकम देगी।
★ 5 राज्यों में किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड लांच होगा।
★ 400 जिलों में डिजिटल खरीफ फसल सर्वे करेंगे जिसमें सेटेलाईट से इमेज लेकर फसलों की जानकारी ली जाएगी।
★ कृषि के लिए 1.52 लाख करोड़ रुपए का आवंटन।
★ 6 करोड़ किसानों के लिए जमीन रजिस्ट्री पर जोर।
★ 1 करोड़ किसानों के लिए नेचुरल फार्मिंग पर जोर।
★ PMGKAY अगले 5 वर्ष तक बढाए जाने से जरुरतमंद को दिया जा रहा है अनाज।
★ पहला फोकस कृषि उत्पादों को बढ़ाने पर होगा।
★ उत्पादन बढ़ाने के लिए 109 वेरायटी बीज लाये जानेंगे ।
★ नेचरल फार्मिंग बढ़ाने पर किया जाएगा जोर, 10 हजार बायो रिसर्च सेंटर खोले गये।
★ नेशनल ऑइल मिशन के तहत तिलहन-सरसों, मूंगफली, सूरजमुखी, सोया तेल उत्पादन बढ़ाने दिया जाएगा जोर।
★ अन्य कोपरेटिव एजेंसियां खरीद व मार्केटिंग पर जोर बढ़ाएंगी।
★ दलहन उत्पादन बढ़ाने, खरीद व मार्केटिंग के लिए सरकार उठाएगी बड़ा कदम।
★ बजट में अभी तक खाद्य तेलों के आयात, दलहन आयात निर्यात, गेहूं, चावल पर कोई टिप्पणी नहीं।
★ कृषि के लिए 1.52 लाख करोड़ के पैकेज की घोषणा।
★ PPP मोडल के तहत ई-कॉमर्स एक्सपोर्ट हब बनायेंगे जिससे MSMEs को मिलेगी राहत।
★ शिपिंग इंडस्ट्री के लिए लीजिंग रिफार्म लायेंगे।

Budget announcements of FY 2024-25 (PART-3)
In the budget announcement, the Finance Minister said that
★ Announcement of a package of Rs 1.52 lakh crore for agriculture.
★ E-commerce export hubs will be created under the PPP model, which will provide relief to MSMEs.
★ Leasing reforms will be brought for the shipping industry.
★ The government will give money for agri research.
★ Kisan Credit Card will be launched in 5 states.
★ Digital Kharif crop survey will be done in 400 districts in which information about crops will be taken by taking images from satellite.
★ Allocation of Rs 1.52 lakh crore for agriculture.
★ Emphasis on land registration for 6 crore farmers.
★ Emphasis on natural farming for 1 crore farmers.
★ By extending PMGKAY for the next 5 years, grains are being given to the needy.
★ The first focus will be on increasing agricultural products.
★ 109 variety seeds will be brought to increase production.
★ Emphasis will be placed on increasing natural farming, 10 thousand bio research centers opened.
★ Under the National Oil Mission, emphasis will be given to increasing the production of oilseeds - mustard, groundnut, sunflower, soya oil.
★ Other cooperative agencies will increase emphasis on purchase and marketing.
★ The government will take big steps to increase pulses production, purchase and marketing.
★ There is no comment on import of edible oils, pulses import export, wheat, rice in the budget so far.
★ The world's major economies are going through a challenging period.
★ India's economy is in good shape compared to the world.
★ PMGKAY has been extended for the next 5 years, which will benefit 80 crore people.
★ Inflation rate in India is low towards the target of 4%.
★ Measures will be taken to increase productivity in agriculture.
★ Emphasis on research to increase production in agriculture.
★ Varieties of crops that are less affected by weather and have high yields will be introduced.
★ 109 varieties of 32 crops will be introduced.
★ The government's focus is on the poor, women, youth and farmers.
★ The government's focus is on creating employment opportunities. Announcement of a package of Rs 2 lakh crore for employment.
★ Special focus of the budget on infra and manufacturing.
★ We will increase production, storage capacity and marketing for Mission for Pulses and Oilseeds.
