गेंहू की कीमतों पर सरकार की पैनी नजर

★ अमित शाह की अध्यक्षता में की गई बैठक में निर्देश दिए गए कि अधिकारियों को गेहूं की कीमतों पर रखी होगी कड़ी नजर।
★ गेंहू की कीमतों में कोई भारी उतार-चढ़ाव न हो इसके लिए सरकार सतर्क है। 
★ केंद्रीय मंत्री ने निर्देश दिया कि गेहूं की कीमतों पर कड़ी नजर रखी जाए और देश के उपभोक्ताओं के लिए मूल्य स्थिरता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए उपयुक्त नीतिगत हस्तक्षेप किए जाएं।
★ आश्वासन दिया गया है कि सरकार ने पिछले वर्ष की तुलना में केंद्रीय पूल के लिए थोड़ा अधिक गेहूं खरीदा है। 
★ पीडीएस और अन्य कल्याणकारी योजनाओं की आवश्यकता को पूरा करने के बाद, जो लगभग 1.84 करोड़ टन है, बाजार में हस्तक्षेप करने के लिए गेहूं का पर्याप्त स्टॉक उपलब्ध।

★ कल दलहनों की कीमतों को नियंत्रित करने के लिए स्टॉक लिमिट लगाई गई। 
★ हमारा मानना है कि गेहूं पर भी स्टॉक लिमिट लगाई जा सकती हैं। अधिकतर किसान माल बेच चुके हैं तथा सरकारी खरीद भी हुई बंद।

Government keeping a close watch on wheat prices
★ In the meeting chaired by Amit Shah, instructions were given that the officials will keep a close watch on the prices of wheat.
★ The government is vigilant to ensure that there is no huge fluctuation in the prices of wheat.
★ The Union Minister directed that wheat prices should be closely monitored and appropriate policy interventions should be made to ensure price stability for the consumers of the country.
★ It has been assured that the government has purchased slightly more wheat for the central pool than last year.
★ After meeting the requirement of PDS and other welfare schemes, which is about 1.84 crore tonnes, sufficient stock of wheat is available to intervene in the market.

★ Yesterday, stock limit was imposed to control the prices of pulses.
★ We believe that stock limit can be imposed on wheat as well. Most of the farmers have sold their produce and government procurement has also stopped.
