गेहूं पर स्टॉक लिमिट लगाए जाना व उसका बाजारों पर असर
★ कल केंद्र ने गेहूं की उपलब्धता बढाने व कीमतें नियंत्रित करने के लिए लगाई स्टॉक लिमिट।
★ भारती एग्री लम्बे समय से स्टॉक लिमिट लगाए जाने की रिपोर्ट दे रहा था जो सही साबित हुई।
★ भारती एग्री का मानना है कि आयात शुल्क लगाए जाने से पहले OMSS द्वारा गेहूं बिक्री पहले की जा सकती है।
★ भारती एग्री का मानना है कि जैसे पिछले टेंडर में ट्रेडर्स को OMSS का लाभ नहीं मिला इस बार भी ऐसा हो सकता है।
★ आगामी दिनों में दो राज्यों में हो रहे हैं चुनाव उसमें से एक राज्य ऐसा है जिसमें किसान MSP को लेकर लगातार प्रदर्शन करते रहें हैं ऐसे में आयात शुल्क घटाने का रिस्क नहीं लिया जाएगा। अभी हाल ही में हुए चुनावों के नतीजे भी पक्ष में नहीं आये जिसके चलते आयात शुल्क में कटौती कर किसानों के रोष से सरकार जरुर बचना चाहेगी।
★ स्टॉक लिमिट लगाए जाने के बाद स्टॉक को दायरे में लाने के लिए बाजारों में बिकवाल बढ़ेंगे व लिवाल गायब हो जायेंगे। इस फैसले के बाद कीमतों में गिरावट आना स्वाभाविक।
★ प्रेस कांफ्रेंस में खाद्य सचिव ने कहा कि 1 अप्रैल को ओपनिंग स्टॉक 75 लाख टन था जो गत वर्ष के 82 लाख टन से 7 लाख टन कम। गेहूं की खरीद गत वर्ष से 4 लाख टन बढ़ी।
★ सचिव ने कहा कि गेहूं की उपलब्धता गत वर्ष से केवल 3 लाख टन कम यानी गेहूं का पर्याप्त स्टॉक उपलब्ध है।
★ स्टॉक लिमिट लगाने का उद्देश्य है कि स्टॉक में पड़ा गेहूं बाजारों में आए।
★ प्रेस का संबोधन करते हुए अंतिम क्षण में कहा गया कि सरकार के पास कई विकल्प मौजूद हैं तथा समय-समय पर स्थिति को भांपकर निर्णय लिया जाएगा।

Imposition of stock limit on wheat and its impact on the markets
★ Yesterday, the Centre imposed stock limit to increase the availability of wheat and control prices.
★ Bharati Agri had been reporting about imposition of stock limit for a long time, which proved to be correct.
★ Bharati Agri believes that wheat can be sold first through OMSS before the import duty is imposed.
★ Bharati Agri believes that just as traders did not get the benefit of OMSS in the last tender, it may happen this time too.
★ Elections are being held in two states in the coming days, one of which is a state in which farmers have been continuously protesting for MSP, so the risk of reducing import duty will not be taken. The results of the recent elections also did not come in favor, due to which the government would definitely want to avoid the anger of the farmers by reducing the import duty.
★ After imposing stock limit, to bring the stock within limits, sellers will increase in the markets and buyers will disappear. After this decision, it is natural for prices to fall.
★ In the press conference, the Food Secretary said that the opening stock on April 1 was 75 lakh tons which is 7 lakh tons less than last year's 82 lakh tons. Wheat purchase increased by 4 lakh tons from last year.
★ The Secretary said that the availability of wheat is only 3 lakh tons less than last year, which means sufficient stock of wheat is available.
★ The purpose of imposing stock limit is that the wheat lying in stock should come to the markets.
★ While addressing the press at the last moment it was said that the government has many options and decisions will be taken by assessing the situation from time to time.
