Weekly export sales data for the week ending March 20 is expected to show 2024/25 soybean sales in the range of 300,000 to 900,000 metric tons (MT), while new crop sales are estimated between 0 and 50,000 MT.
Soybean meal bookings are projected to be between 150,000 and 450,000 MT, while soybean oil sales are expected to range from 5,000 to 30,000 MT.
As of March 1, soybean stocks are estimated at 1.905 billion bushels (bbu), according to a Bloomberg analyst survey. This is a preliminary estimate ahead of the March 31 Grain Stocks report, with a range of estimates between 1.823 and 2.016 billion bushels.
Soybean exports from Brazil in March are expected to total 15.56 million metric tons (MMT), which is unchanged from last week's estimate by ANEC. Meanwhile, soybean meal exports are estimated at 2.3 MMT, down 0.3 MMT from the previous estimate.
