★ केंद्रीय पूल में यानी सरकार के पास तुवर का स्टॉक करीब 50 हजार टन, पिछले 2 सीजन में ऊंची कीमतों के कारण खरीद प्रदर्शन रहा बेहद कमजोर। यहां तक कि गत सीजन में आयातित तुवर की खरीद की गयी। बफर स्टॉक में 10 लाख टन तुवर रखने का लक्ष्य रहा।

★ The stock of Tur in the central pool i.e. with the government is about 50 thousand tonnes, due to high prices in the last 2 seasons the procurement performance has been very weak. Even imported tur was purchased last season. The target was to keep 10 lakh tonnes of tur in the buffer stock.
