News Capsule: Russia imposes export duty on linseed
★ Russia has imposed a 10% export duty on oilseed flax (linseed) exports to countries outside the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), which will remain in effect until August 31, 2026. This government measure aims to support domestic processing industries and maintain a balance between the supply of raw materials in the domestic market and exports.
