No Change in Sugar Export Quota: Sources

★ In January, an export quota of 1 million tons was approved. However, as ISMA, NFCSF, and the Indian Sugar Traders Association reported lower production, various rumors about changes in the export quota spread in the market.
★ At the beginning of the previous season, sugar carryover stocks were at 8 million tons, but due to declining production, they are expected to drop to 4-5 million tons by the end of the current season.
★ With no changes in export regulations and lower production, sugar prices are expected to remain firm in the future.
