ऑस्ट्रेलिया में नई चना फसल आने तक कीमतें रह सकती हैं मजबूत
★ आयात खोले जाने के दौरान ऑस्ट्रलिया CNF भाव 750$/टन के आसपास थे, आयात खोले जाने के बाद कीमतों में देखी गयी वृद्धि।
★ आयात खोले जाने के बाद CNF भाव 915$/टन तक पहुंचे थे। जो अब 860$/टन के आसपास चल रहे हैं।
★ ऑस्ट्रेलिया में इस वर्ष हो सकता है चना का बम्पर उत्पादन।
★ तंजानिया के किसानों ने चना की जगह तुवर को दी प्राथमिकता, उत्पादन 1.5-2 लाख टन रहने की उम्मीद।
★ भारत के अलावा ऑस्ट्रेलिया से बांग्लादेश व पाकिस्तान के निर्यात मांग लगातार बनी हुई है।
★ इन दोनों देशों को करीब 6 लाख टन का औसतन निर्यात होता है।

★ देश में चना की कीमतों को नियंत्रित करने और उपलब्धता बनाये रखने के लिए स्टॉक लिमिट लगाई गयी।
★ स्टॉक लिमिट लगाने (24 जून) के बाद कीमतों में देखी गयी गिरावट परन्तु कल (26 जून को) बाजार मजबूती के साथ हुए बंद।

Prices may remain strong till the new gram crop arrives in Australia
★ Australia CNF prices were around 750$/tonne when imports were opened, after imports were opened prices increased.
★ After imports were opened CNF prices reached 915$/tonne. Which are now running around 860$/tonne.
★ There may be bumper production of gram in Australia this year.
★ Farmers of Tanzania gave preference to tur instead of gram, production is expected to be 1.5-2 lakh tonnes.
★ Apart from India, export demand from Australia to Bangladesh and Pakistan remains constant.
★ On an average about 6 lakh tonnes are exported to these two countries.

★ Stock limit was imposed to control the prices of gram in the country and maintain its availability.
★ Prices saw a decline after imposition of stock limit (24th June) but the markets closed with strength yesterday (26th June).
