उड़द की कीमतों में देखी गयी गिरावट
★ 21-24 जून को चना, काबुली चना व तुवर पर स्टॉक लिमिट लगाई गयी परन्तु उड़द, मूंग व मसूर पर नहीं।
★ परन्तु उसके बावजूद स्टॉक लिमिट की दहशत से उड़द की कीमतों में देखी गयी गिरावट।
★ घरेलू मंडियों में उड़द के भाव 50-200 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल घट चुके हैं।
★ चेन्नई FAQ 150 घटकर 8800, SQ 200 घटकर 9950 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल पर आई।
★ मुंबई उड़द 150 रुपए घटकर 8950 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल पर आया।
★ म्यांमार FAQ व SQ भाव 21 जून के मुकाबले 25 जून को 35$ घटकर क्रमशः 1045 व 1135$/टन पर आये।
★ सीजन भर अच्छी कीमतें मिलने और महाराष्ट्र, कर्नाटक में समय पर हुई बारिश से उड़द की बिजाई बढ़ने की सम्भावन।
★ म्यांमार में इस वर्ष उत्पादन 6.5 लाख टन पहुंचने की उम्मीद।
★ तुवर पर स्टॉक लिमिट लगाए जाने के बाद आयातकों की दिलचस्पी उड़द में बढ़ सकती हैं क्योंकि उड़द में 45 दिन वाली कन्डीशन नहीं लगी।
★ म्यांमार से अच्छी मात्रा में हो रहा है उड़द का आयात कीमतों में देखी जा सकती है स्थिरता।

Decline in Urad prices
★ Stock limit was imposed on gram, Kabuli gram and tuvar on 21-24 June but not on urad, moong and masoor.
★ But despite that, due to the fear of stock limit, a decline was seen in the prices of urad.
★ In domestic markets, the price of urad has fallen by 50-200 rupees per quintal.
★ Chennai FAQ fell by 150 to 8800, SQ fell by 200 to 9950 rupees per quintal.
★ Mumbai Urad fell by 150 rupees to 8950 rupees per quintal.
★ Myanmar FAQ and SQ prices fell by 35$ on 25 June as compared to 21 June and came to 1045 and 1135$/ton respectively.
★ There is a possibility of increase in sowing of urad due to good prices throughout the season and timely rains in Maharashtra and Karnataka.
★ Production in Myanmar is expected to reach 6.5 lakh tons this year.
★ After imposing stock limit on Tuvar, importers may be interested in Urad as 45 days condition is not imposed on Urad.
★ Urad is being imported in good quantity from Myanmar, stability can be seen in prices.
