Groundnut Oil Trends
Loose groundnut oil prices remained stable or declined by ₹2 per kg, due to weak demand amid softer other edible oil prices.
Prices dropped by:
₹20 per 10 kg in Ahmedabad, Newai/Tonk, Bikaner, and Chennai.
₹50 per 15 kg tin for branded groundnut oil.
₹40-50 per 10 kg for filtered groundnut oil.
Groundnut Oil Cake (DOC) Market
Limited trading activity, with no major price changes due to weak domestic demand.
Outlook
Peanut prices are likely to remain under pressure, especially in Uttar Pradesh, unless demand improves. However, stable prices in Gujarat and gains in Rajasthan suggest regional variations based on supply and demand dynamics.
