Wheat Stock Information Must Be Provided
★ Just like before, wheat stock must be reported every Friday on the online portal starting from April 1.
★ This requirement applies to traders, wholesalers, retailers, big chain retailers, and processors.
★ The central government has mandated all states and UTs to provide details of their wheat stock.
★ Notably, the wheat stock limit period has been set until March 31, 2025.
★ While the removal of the stock limit is under consideration due to the arrival of the new crop, reporting stock details will remain mandatory.
